  • Instructions:

  1. Wash and thoroughly dry 250g okra, then slice them into 1/2-inch pieces.

  2. In a bowl, toss the okra with 1 tbsp oil, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1/2 tsp cumin powder, and salt to taste.

  • Instructions:

  1. Cut 200g paneer into bite-sized cubes.

  2. In a bowl, mix 2 tbsp thick yogurt, 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste, 1 tsp red chili powder, 1/2 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp garam masala, and salt.

  3. Add the paneer cubes and toss gently to coat.

  4. Preheat air fryer to 200°C (400°F).

  5. Arrange paneer in a single layer in the air fryer.

  • Instructions:

  2. Marinate chicken with 2 tbsp tandoori masala paste (store-bought), 1 tbsp lemon juice, and salt.

  3. Thread chicken onto small skewers (if using wooden, soak them first).

5. Air Fryer Aloo Tikki (Potato Patties)

  • Prep Time: 7 mins (if potatoes are pre-boiled)

  • Cook Time: 8-10 mins

  • Instructions:

  1. Mash 2 medium-sized pre-boiled potatoes.

  2. Mix with 1/4 cup finely chopped onion, 1 green chili (minced), 1/2 tsp ginger paste, 1/2 tsp cumin powder, 1/2 tsp chaat masala, 2 tbsp cornflour or breadcrumbs, and salt.

  • Prep Time: 1 min

  • Instructions:

  3. Place one or two papads in the air fryer basket (don't overcrowd).

  3. Toss cauliflower florets in the paste to coat.

  4. Preheat air fryer to 200°C (400°F).

  5. Place coated florets in a single layer in the basket.

  6. Air fry for 9-11 minutes, shaking halfway, until crispy and cooked through. Garnish with curry leaves and serve with a squeeze of lime.
